Punk finally does by Jeff Hardy

Jeff Hardy has already does punk. For months Jeff Hardy has been struggling to win back the world heavyweight championship belt from Edge.

Both contenders had put their bodies on the line throughout, though, and Hardy's celebrations were cut short when the Straightedge Superstar Punk quickly capitalised.

The triumph was Punk's second of the night in New Orleans after earlier overcoming the odds to beat The Samoan Bulldozer Umaga.

But Punk somehow managed to drag his opponent to three corners of the ring in their Samoan Strap Match, before hitting the Go To Sleep to get the last ringpost in succession and wrap up the win.
